Course Cancellation

Overview

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you must submit a cancellation request through your training manager. All course cancellations must be completed in CHRTAS and no other method is acceptable. All cancellations must be completed three (3) working days prior to the start of the course or you will be a "No Show". Failure to cancel is reported to your Chain of Command and will result in delay when resubmitting any future application. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and we look forward to seeing you in the future.

Submit a Cancellation Request

Step 1

Navigate to CHRTAS and login with your CAC. From the Dashboard, or within the Menu, select My Training History.

Step 2

Scroll to the My CHRTAS Training History section and locate the class you wish to cancel. Under the Action column, select Request Cancel.

Step 3

On the next screen, select Submit Cancel Request. A confirmation message will appear to confirm success.

Step 4

Your request now requires approval by the Registrar/Approval Authority. Once processed, you will receive notification if your request for cancellation has been approved or disapproved. You may view the status of the cancellation by navigating to your CHRTAS Training History and selecting Review [within the Action column] next to the course/class offering.
