Knowledge Management and the Operations ProcessKnowledge management is the process of enabling knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning, and decisionmaking (ADP 6-0). ![]() Knowledge Management Bridging the Gap![]() Qualification CourseThe Army Knowledge Management Qualification Course (AKMQC) focuses on facilitating decision making through improved flexibility and adaptability, integration, and synchronization of people, processes, tools and the organization. AKMQC is a 3 week course held at Fort Leavenworth Kansas. The course produces Knowledge Management Professionals and awards the 1E additional skill identifier (ASI) upon graduation Signup through ATTRS today. KMR Training (MTT):is a staff assisted visit from the proponent (unit funded) to provide the command a pulse of their KM program. The visit includes a senior leader executive overview (SLEO), 20 hours of KMR training and a Knowledge Management Maturity Model (KM3) assessment.SLEO:provides the leadership with an executive overview of the practices of knowledge management.
