Lessons Learned

The ALLP provides the foundation for all Army organizations to maximize the benefit of experiential learning to change behavior and improve readiness with particular respect to doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) capability initiatives. The SHARP Academy is the office of primary responsibility (OPR) for all SHARP-related training, leadership, and education lessons and best practices (L&BPs) and the office of coordinating responsibility for doctrine, organization, materiel, personnel, facilities, and policy lesson considerations L&BPs (the Army Resilience Directorate (ARD) is the OPR for these capability initiatives).
