U.S. Army Trial Defense Services (TDS)
Fort Leavenworth Field Office
The U.S. Army Trial Defense Service (TDS) is not part of the Fort Leavenworth Command. Rather, TDS was established by the Army to provide a full range of defense legal services to Soldiers in the rank of Private through General. TDS offices worldwide report through their own supervisory chain to a separate TDS HQs in Fort Belvoir, VA. The information presented on the TDS web site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal advice from certified TDS counsel at Fort Leavenworth.
Commanders seeking legal advice for issues arising in their command should consult attorneys in the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.

Hours of Operation are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 0900-1130, 1300-1630 Wednesday: 1300-1630 Friday 0900-1130
Administrative Separation Briefings are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 0930. Article 15 Briefings are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 1015.
