The Kansas National Guard, in partnership with the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center SHARP Academy, conducted a professional forum with the theme of "Sexual Violence and the Civilian Criminal Justice System" at Tice Hall at Fort Leavenworth April 13. Maj. Gen. Victor Braden led the discussion on how the interaction with victims of sexual violence proceeds in a criminal case in the civilian justice system.
