Brig. Gen. Joseph M. Martin to become CG of National Training Center

The U.S. Army recently announced that Brig. Gen. Joseph M. Martin (left), deputy commanding general of the Combined Arms Center - Training, Fort Leavenworth, Kan., will become the new commanding general of the National Training Center and Fort Irwin in California. Martin will be replaced by Brig. Gen. Mark J. O’Neil (right). He is currently the deputy commanding general (Operations), 10th Mountain Division (Light), Fort Drum, N.Y.
