Lt. Gen. Milford H. Beagle, Jr., CAC Commanding General, and other senior leaders at Fort Leavenworth hosted Lt. Gen. Bertrand Toujouse, Commander, French Land Forces, for a visit on Feb. 1 to discuss Army modernization. During his visit Lt. Gen. Toujouse also addressed students at the Command and General Staff Officers’ Course at Army University. Service members from other countries across the globe routinely visit Fort Leavenworth for training that not only benefits them, however, builds strong partnerships between allied nations.
