Lieutenant General Milford H. Beagle, Combined Arms Center (CAC) Commanding General, presented outgoing CAC Foreign Liaison Officers with The Meritorious Service Medal during an award ceremony in their honor on June 6 in Grant Auditorium, at CAC Headquarters. Departing CAC are Colonel Francois Marrioti (France), Colonel Jesus Loyola (Mexico), Lieutenant Colonel Masatoshi Ueda (Japan), and Sergeant Major Oliver Wrobel (Germany).
