The CAC Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Theodore Martin and CAC Command Sergeant Major, Command Sgt. Maj. Stephen Helton, present CW5 Steven Kilgore, CAC Command Chief Warrant Officer, with the Honorable Order of the Eagle Rising (Gold Level) in recognition of his dedicated service to CAC and the Army during a Change of Responsibility Ceremony May 9th in the Fort Leavenworth Frontier Conference Center. CW5 Kilgore also received the Legion of Merit during the ceremony. The event also gave the command the chance to welcome the new Command Chief Warrant Officer, CW5 Aaron Anderson.
