Brig. Gen. Jerry “Fred” Prochaska, Deputy Commanding General, National Guard, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, receives the Legion of Merit upon his departure from CAC. In his role as DCG, he has been the CAC Commanding General's principal advisor on all matters pertaining to the training and education of the Army National Guard component. His expert ability to synchronize crucial force modernization initiatives were invaluable in supporting the ongoing development of a multi-domain capable force. Brig. Gen.
