Theodore Martin, Commanding General of the Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth addressed members of the CAC and Fort Leavenworth as part of the CAC State of the Command briefing on December 3rd in the Eisenhower Auditorium of the Lewis and Clark Center.
