Dr. Roy Nafarrete is President of Change the Culture, LLC, a consulting company specializing in primary prevention of destructive behaviors. Roy is also a former lecturer in management at Walden University, and a 28 year Navy veteran, serving as a Human Resources Officer for Special Operations, the Naval Aviation community, Navy Recruiting and the Chief of Naval Operations. In 2014, he transferred to his final job in the Navy as Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Officer for Commander, Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT).
