The U.S. Army Combined Arms Center hosted a Native American Heritage Month observance event in Eisenhower Hall, Nov. 20, 2020. Lt. Col. Fred McLeod was the guest speaker. He is a descendant of the Maliseet tribe, concentrated in the northeastern region of North America.
