Heidi Paquette, David Harden, and Crystal Jones participate in a small group discussion on the inclusion process when forming a new group as part of the Battalion Pre-Command Course - Spouses Course. The Spouses Course, which coincides with the Battalion and Brigade Pre-Command Course, provides command teams with the awareness and skills needed to contribute to a positive environment of family, unit, and community.
