U.S. Army Combined Arms Center Commanding General Lt. Gen. James E. Rainey visited the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence located at Fort Bliss, Texas, June 9, 2020. During the visit the he received briefings on the NCOLCoE mission and its efforts to ensure NCO PME did not cease during the COVID-19 pandemic.
