The MCTP Observer, Coach, Trainer was driving to post when he came across a single vehicle rollover accident where he witnessed a 20-year-old female ejected through the front windshield of her car. Maj. Wolfe immediately took action, providing first aid by applying pressure dressings from his personal first aid kit in his vehicle while keeping the victim stable, preventing shock, and comforting her until paramedics arrived.
