James Rainey addresses the School for Command Preparation’s Pre-Command Course students Jan. 14, 2020 in the Lewis and Clark Center’s Marshall Lecture Hall, Fort Leavenworth Kan. The address served as Rainey’s first PCC engagement since he took command of CAC Dec. 16, 2019. PCC is a two-week course conducted 10 times a year for brigade and battalion command selectees and command sergeant major selectees.
