Army Leader Exchange highlights the power of digital tools

Army Maj. Josh Powers, founder of the "Field Grade Leader" blog, talks about "Self Development Through Extended Influence," during the Army Leader Exchange program Aug. 15, 2019 in the Lewis and Clark Center's Arnold Conference Room, Fort Leavenworth, Kan. Powers talked about the use of digital tools, including social media, to help officers connect and interact with each other to enhance their own learning as well as help their peers. Powers' blog is focused on organizational leadership in the military.
