A practical guide to assist leaders at brigade level and below on planning and executing effective training at home station. This handbook is designed to accompany FM 7-0, Train to Win in a Complex World, dated 5 Oct 2016, and is based on observations collected from training events and Soldier and leader interviews from four brigades and eight training support agencies across the Army. It also identifies common issues and potential solutions to the challenges observed during training events.
