Lt. Gen. Robert B. Brown interviews with the Kansas City Chiefs radio announcer, Mitch Holthus, before the Chiefs "Salute to Service" game with the Seattle Seahawks, Nov. 16 at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs hosted servicemembers from the Kansas City area, Fort Leavenworth, Fort Riley and Whiteman Air Force Base as part of this year’s military appreciation game. Wright addresses of crowd of more than 150 members of the Fort Leavenworth and CAC Community at his relinquishment of command ceremony 31 Oct., in the Frontier Conference Room. CSM Wright was awarded the Legion of Merit by Lt. Gen. Robert B. Brown for his contributions to the Combined Arms Center. This concept focuses on three big questions; what level of war is the concept going to address, what is the environment we think Army forces will operate in, and what is the problem we are trying to solve. This concept focuses on all three levels of war: tactical, operational and strategic. The environment the Army will operate in is unknown. The enemy, location and coalitions involved are unknown.
