The Command and General Staff College (CGSC) opened the Academic Year with the International Flag Ceremony for Command and General Staff Officer's Course 2019 on Aug. 13. The ceremony features posting of the national colors of 87 nations that make up this year's International Military Student cohort. 110 International Military Students are attending the course this year.
