Seven Fort Leavenworth civilians, representing Army University, Mission Command Center of Excellence, and Center for Army Lessons Learned, participated in this six-month U.S. Office of Personnel Management program designed to hone the competencies essential to success in senior-level public sector leadership positions. Brown served as the guest speaker for the ceremony which recognized 40 graduates from a wide range of federal agencies, including the General Services Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Social Security Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, as well as the Department of Defense.
