Gen. Stephen Townsend, Commanding General - U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command addressed, for the first time in his new role at TRADOC, leadership members participating in the Battalion and Brigade Pre-Command Course (PCC) at the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS on Mar 15. PCC prepares battalion and brigade command teams with information on policies, programs and procedures critical to success in these demanding leadership positions. Gen.
