In coordination with the Annual Fall AUSA Symposium, Lt. Gen. Michael Lundy, Commanding General of the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, announced the release of Field Manual 3-0, Operations, Tuesday during a Warriors Corner presentation at the 2017 Association of the U.S. Army Annual Meeting & Exposition Tuesday, Oct. 10. This newest iteration of the capstone doctrine includes an increased emphasis on large-scale ground combat and a greater focus on cybersecurity during combat operations.
