U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC)
The Kansas City Resident Agency (KCRA) conducts full spectrum counterintelligence investigations, operations, and collection activities for the Army Enterprise to protect U.S. Army Forces and Army equities, including information and technologies. The mission of the KCRA is to advise and assist unit security programs; provide training and education on the Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) per AR 381-12; enable Army personnel to remain vigilant against foreign intelligence entities, international terrorist threats, and insider threats; and prepare counterintelligence threat and vulnerability assessments to protect Army assets throughout Kansas, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, western Missouri, and western Iowa.
