Below are the materials needed to conduct an in-person LPD to help leaders learn how to identify, assess, and address counterproductive leadership. The session is designed to be flexible and scalable to unit needs. As outlined in the facilitation guide, the LPD can be conducted in one 90-minute block (with limited discussion), in one 120-minute block (with up to 30 minutes of discussion), or as a series of shorter segments.
