Training (LDE&T)
1.Supporting the execution of the
Academy’s Proponent and School roles and functions in the area of Training and
Leadership Development, Education, and Lessons Learned.
2.Developing innovative SHARP
Training, Leadership Development, and Education products through Lessons
Learned/Best Practices, and technology.
3.Collaborates and supports all
Leadership Development, Training, and Education requirements with internal and
external organizations/agencies.
Academic Operations
1.Conducting the Academy's resident
courses and maintaining classroom facilities.
2.Assisting in the development and
ensuring policy compliance of SHARP curriculum and training materials.
3.Ensuring the initial and
continued development of a highly competent faculty.
4.Communicating and conducting
outreach efforts that share the Academy Proponent Office and School’s mission,
roles, and functions with internal and external audiences.
Capabilities Development
1.Conducting requirements analysis
and identifying solutions to identified gaps in SHARP-related capabilities.
2.Developing capabilities for
Doctrine, Organizations, and Personnel and integrating capability development
actions across all other DOTMLPF-P domains.
3.Supporting SHARP-related studies
and analyses.
Mobile Education Team
1.Conducting the Academy’s
non-resident courses at Army installations around the globe.
2.Assisting in the development, and
ensuring policy compliance, of SHARP curriculum and training materials.
3.Ensuring the initial and
continued development of a highly competent faculty.
Operations
1.Providing first-rate customer
service to Academy students from notification through graduation.
2.Executing Proponent and School
Operations through the development and implementation of standard operating
procedures in support of requirements (Safety, Facilities Use, Supply,
Administration, Knowledge Management, GPC, Billing Official, etc.).
3.Tracking internal and external
taskings and Requests for Information (RFIs) through completion.
4.Communicating the Proponent
Office and School mission.
QAO
1. Conducting continuous,
systematic internal and external evaluations consisting of courseware reviews,
classroom observations, instructor evaluations, student focus groups,
end-of-course surveys, and evaluation of the Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards
(AEAS) for all SHARP Academy courses.
2. Assists TRADOC Quality Assurance
Office (QAO) teams with accreditation in accordance with TRADOC’s established
AEAS.
3. Providing holistic feedback to
SHARP Academy Leadership on new and emerging trends within the SHARP Academy
and TRADOC.
