MCCOE Directorate of Training (DOT)

Mission

The MC DOT conducts training development for MCCOE assigned proponencies that enable the total force to execute realistic and rigorous training to achieve and sustain readiness.

Key Tasks

  1. Mission command training readiness in all Army formations.
  2. Training readiness in combined arms units at echelons above brigade.
  3. Mission command leader development across all learning domains.
  4. Training for future mission command capabilities that enable the total force to execute realistic and rigorous training to achieve and sustain readiness.
