TLLM-Command and control Integration 

Mission:

TLLM C2I integrates command and control (C2) DOTMLPF-P across doctrine, education, modernization, lessons learned, and training.  Additionally, TLLM-C2I executes AR 5-22 proponent responsibilities for C2, mission command, data and analytics, software and AI operations, Mission Partner Environment, unified action partner interoperability (UAP-I), and knowledge management.

Vision:

Provides the Army the best possible C2 DOTMLPF-P to enable decision making for both readiness and warfighting, through integrated execution of mission command, C2, and supporting proponencies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Integrates a comprehensive C2 DOTMLPF-P approach to the C2 warfighting function and C2 System (external and internal to Combined Arms Command – Transformation Integration Directorate)
Transforms the Army’s approach to C2, particularly in the areas of data analytics, decision optimization, software & AI operations, and UAP-I
Plans and executes the C2 System Planning Team (C2SPT) 
Executes assigned Force Modernization Proponent responsibilities
Supports the Army Campaign Plan, Army Modernization Strategy, Army Unified Network Plan, Army Data Plan, and Army Interoperability Campaign Plan

CAC TID's Command and Control (C2) Community of Practice is a centralized hub, empowering Army users to leverage collective knowledge in the practice of C2. The platform provides:

•    C2 training resources
•    Recent doctrine updates
•    C2IA assessment reports
•    C2 publications and journal articles
