Introductory video on Integrity. Do what's right, legally and morally. Integrity is a quality you develop by adhering to moral principles. It requires that you do and say nothing that deceives others. As your integrity grows, so does the trust others place in you. The more choices you make based on integrity, the more this highly prized value will affect your relationships with family and friends, and, finally, the fundamental acceptance of yourself.

When LTC Hileman entered the Army in 1977, she broke the mold as one of the first women in the 82nd Airborne Division. Over the course of her Army career, LTC Hileman has learned when it is necessary to "make waves" and be bold and when to wait to handle a situation appropriately and accordingly.

SSG Green describes his deployment to Iraq and his close friendship with SSG Shaffer. While SSG Green is on QRF, he learns that SSG Shaffer has hit an IED "and has no radio communication" SSG Green responds and saves his friend.

Part 1: PV2 Cevidanes describes growing up in Brazil and struggling with her decision to join the Army. Her father was opposed to the decision and encouraged her to attend college first. The cultural norm for PV2 Cevidanes was for women NOT to serve in the Army. She balances the input of her father with advice from some respected mentors.

Part 2: PV2 Cevidanes describes her conversation with a mentor and how she realized how important joining the Army would be. She summoned the Personal Courage to tell her father what she was going to do. Many of her friends and family at first struggled to understand her decision, but now they all, including her father, are proud of her.

Part 1: SFC Schuler describes being off duty and seeing Soldiers "downtown." One night he and a fellow NCO observed a Soldier from their unit. The first time they saw him they said 'Hi' and moved on. They saw him at the end of the night and observed that he was extremely drunk and heading toward his car.

Part 2: SFC Schuler decides to help the Soldier by taking his keys and driving him home. He discusses how important it is to act in a situation like this. He also talks about what might have happened if he'd done nothing, and the different ways to take action in a situation like this (calling a cab versus driving the Soldier home, etc.) He shares what motivates him as a Soldier and an NCO.

It was February of 2005 just after the elections. It was a neighborhood near the Armor traffic circle, which was at the time the most dangerous traffic circle on the entire route Tampa through Iraq.

Part 1: SSG Huntley describes losing his Platoon Leader to a sniper in Iraq. The Platoon later finds out where the sniper is living, and plans a deliberate raid to kill or capture him. SSG Huntley talks about his desire for vengeance and his doubt whether the Iraqi justice system would punish the sniper. He discusses the possibility of killing the sniper in his house?regardless of whether or not he tries to surrender.

Part 2: SSG Huntley and his Platoon are able to capture the sniper. He describes the restraint they showed and how the sniper confessed to the killing, and was later sentenced by the Iraqi courts.

Introductory video on Honor. Live up to Army values. The Nation's highest military award is The Medal of Honor. This award goes to Soldiers who make honor a matter of daily living - Soldiers who develop the habit of being honorable, and solidify that habit with every value choice they make. Honor is a matter of carrying out, acting, and living the values of respect, duty, loyalty, selfless service, integrity and personal courage in everything you do.

While deployed in 2008, 1SG Craft walked right into a tough situation during a routine inspection when he discovered a married female Soldier with a male Soldier, who was not her husband, in her quarters at two in the morning. To compound the problem, alcohol and drugs were found. 1SG Craft said that he could have easily left it alone and walked away. But, he knew that was not the right choice.

While deployed to Iraq in 2003, SSG Holicky witnessed two Soldiers beating an Iraqi civilian. After halting the abuse, SSG Holicky reported the incident to his 1SG, but said he was ostracized by the action and endured hazing as a result.

After drinking all day, SPC Woodie thought he was fine to go pick up a buddy and take him home. He was wrong. SPC Woodie was pulled over on post and was given a DUI. As a result, he received an Article 15, a drop in rank, and 45 days of extra duty.

PV2 Colter describes wanting to get out of the Army any way he can!

Looking for a family and brotherhood, SGT Enriquez joined the Army and said that when he got to his troop, he did not find what he was looking for. Instead, the situation rekindled old memories he had locked away and tried to forget.

SFC Switalski finds himself in every Platoon Sergeant's nightmare: he is consolidating his platoon on the objective and finds that he has two men missing. Do to the Platoon operating in two sections (controlled separately by the PL and PSG,) SFC Switalski's Platoon Leader calls in a '100%' report on his men that appears to be for the entire Platoon. After counting his section, SFC Switalski realizes he is missing two men. He makes the decision to immediately correct the false report to higher and not try and cover up the false report or find the guys quickly on his own.

On her fourth deployment, CSM Bogad was 1SG of an EOD Company. Her mission while deployed was to counter, disarm, disable, and neutralize IEDs to make an area safe and keep it safe. After taking part in numerous post-blast investigations and losing two Soldiers throughout the course of the deployment, the situation began to weigh heavily on CSM Bogad as she struggled to gain and maintain control.

While deployed in Afghanistan, CPT Borne said his unit received an Information Assurance (IA) violation. As a result, the leadership of the unit was required to redo their IA training online. All the leadership of the unit complied with the exception of CPT Borne's battalion commander who told CPT Borne to take the test for him. Placed in a dilemma, CPT Borne had a decision to make.

Introductory video on Duty. Fulfill your obligations. Doing your duty means more than carrying out your assigned tasks. Duty means being able to accomplish tasks as part of a team. The work of the U.S. Army is a complex combination of missions, tasks and responsibilities all in constant motion. Our work entails building one assignment onto another. You fulfill your obligations as a part of your unit every time you resist the temptation to take "shortcuts" that might undermine the integrity of the final product.

At first, when rumors began circulating that there were possible sexual assaults taking place, no one took action. However, when victims began speaking out, confirming the misconduct, 1LT Ortiz-Barreto reported the case to his commander. With support from his leadership and his unit, 1LT Ortiz-Barreto said he was not afraid to do the right thing.

John Diem is an Infantry NCO with several deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. In these deployments, he regularly faced heavy fire and was often located far from higher headquarters.

Part 1: SSG Miner talks about the importance of doing the right thing as an Aviation mechanic, and about the trust pilots have in the mechanics to do the right thing. There is a lot of pressure to make sure that aircrafts are up and running. As a result, many people take shortcuts. At one point, SSG Miner comes across another mechanic who DID take a shortcut.

Part 2: SSG Miner talks about why it is so important to do the right thing and give an honest report. He discusses the implications of making a mistake and the burden of reporting and keeping proper records. He says that the job should be done right the first time.

As a young 1LT, assigned to the Military Assistance Command Vietnam Advisory Team while in Vietnam, LTC (retired) Schwabe witnessed the needless shooting of an enemy Soldier. He knew a war crime had been committed against the Viet Cong Soldier, but because the victim would certainly live, he let the matter drop and did not take action for the crime.

CSM Julie Guerra was the victim of sexual assault as a Private First Class. Her unit's leadership set a standard which she now uses to train and educate her leaders on how to handle these cases. She is sharing her story to help fellow Army professionals better understand the needs of sexual assault victims, in order to eradicate this crime that undermines trust and tarnishes our Army Profession.

Part 1: CPT Jackson describes being in Iraq and conducting a vehicle recovery when his unit came under enemy fire. He looked over and saw that his Company Commander and First Sergeant had both been hit. He makes the decision to expose himself to enemy fire to provide aid to his First Sergeant. Even after CPT Jackson is hit, he continues to render aid. He looks over and sees SSG Newlin taking charge of coordinating fires and evacuating the wounded. He draws the strength to continue to fight and provide aid to his fellow Soldiers because of this.

Part 2: CPT Jackson pushed through his wounds in order to carry his First Sergeant to safety. He then collapsed from his own wounds. He was confident that SFC Newlin would continue the fight and find the insurgents. As CPT Jackson recovered from his wounds, he drew strength from his First Sergeant's progress.

In 2003, Jerry Tucker-a squad leader in Iraq-is tasked with a mission to establish security at a compound south of Fallujah. As the mission progressed, 1SG Tucker and his Soldiers encountered a different scenario than intelligence had prepared them for.
