In general, all customer inquiries should be resolved within 24-48 hours even for the more complex issues. In many cases, issues are resolved in minutes. We encourage you to use our below help desk procedures below.

For courses on the Army Learning Management System (ALMS)...

If your course is on the Army Learning Management System (ALMS), follow the instructions below to submit a help desk ticket:

  1. Log in to the Army Training Help Desk (ATHD)
  2. Select the "Submit a Trouble Ticket" tab (consider searching the "FAQs" first!)
  3. Fill out the form with all of the necessary information (please be as detailed as possible)
  4. Attach a screenshot, if needed, and select Continue
