Brig. Gen. Mark J. O’Neil discusses the principles of leadership with members of Leadership Kansas who visited Fort Leavenworth, Kan., on July 31. Leadership Kansas members go to civic, military, business and educational institutions around the state to learn about leadership. BG O’Neil, who is the deputy commanding general of the Combined Arms Center – Training, talked about the primary importance of the Army’s leader development efforts.
