Deputy Commanding General Combined Arms Center-Education Brig. Gen. Donn Hill and Army University Command Sgt. Maj. Anthony Rice visited the Combined Arms Center-Training headquarters building to meet with Deputy Commander CAC-T Col. Charles Lombardo and other CAC-T leadership July 23, 2020. Lombardo took responsibility of CAC-T July 1, Hill and Rice took responsibility of Army University July 2 so the two leadership teams met for the first time to discuss what CAC-T does for Army training. “I think there are a lot of areas we can converge on in terms of leader development and collective training,” Lombardo told Hill as they began the meeting.
