The Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth Change of Command Ceremony is at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16 in Eisenhower Auditorium, Lewis and Clark Center. Gen. Paul E. Funk II, commanding general, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, will preside over the ceremony between Incoming Commander Lt. Gen. James E. Rainey and Outgoing Commander Lt. Gen. Michael D.
