"Cultural and 'Soft Power 'Influences of China, Russia, and France in Africa" Panel

Brig. Gen. Stephen J. Maranian, Dep. Commanding General of the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center for Education and Provost of Army University, opened the “Cultural and ‘Soft Power’ ‘Influences’ of China, Russia and France in Africa” panel on Sept. 25, 2019 at the Lewis and Clark Center, Fort Leavenworth.
