SHARP Graduation with Kirby Brown Monday, February 26, 2018 Kirby Brown, deputy to the command general of the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, was the guest speaker at the graduation ceremony for Class 18-002 of the U.S. Army Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Academy Thursday, Feb. 22. The SHARP Academy is responsible for the training of Victim Advocates (VAs), Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARCs) and SHARP Program Managers across the entire Force.
