Richard Creed, director, Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate, addresses graduates of the Information Operations Qualification Course, May 16, at DePuy Auditorium, Fort Leavenworth, Kan. Creed encouraged his audience to “be” four things as they start their new careers: Be the expert, Be curious, Be a good listener and Be a good communicator.
