In the last year, the Combined Arms Center – Training introduced new virtual programs and updated online resources to enhance Army training and leader development. These improvements occurred during Brig. Gen. Joseph M. Martin’s leadership. The U.S. Army recently announced that Brig. Gen. Joseph M. Martin (left), deputy commanding general of the Combined Arms Center - Training, Fort Leavenworth, Kan., will become the new commanding general of the National Training Center and Fort Irwin in California. Martin will be replaced by Brig. Gen. Mark J. O’Neil (right). He is currently the deputy commanding general (Operations), 10th Mountain Division (Light), Fort Drum, N.Y.

The Combined Arms Center will hold an industry forum to discuss how to prepare the Army of 2025 and Beyond, and seek industry’s assistance in creating tough, realistic training. Tribal elder Pete Fee delivers the blessing at the luncheon. He also explained his Ioway regalia and the Ioway’s spiritual connection to nature.
