Childrens LibraryThe Library is also an inviting place for children and their families to explore our collections of popular fiction, young adult fiction, children's books, audio books and DVDs, as well as web based eBooks and downloadable audio books. Don’t miss popular children’s programs such as Story Time and Summer Reading Program events.

Children's Events

Weekly Storytime: Nurture your child with the love of reading by participating in our weekly Storytime program, Wednesdays at 9:30am during the school year. These 45 minute programs include stories, crafts and songs focused at the preschool level. Children of all ages are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver. Talk Like a Pirate Day: Celebrate all things pirate at this special storytime in mid September. Check back in August for more details.
