Course Cancellation

Submit a Cancellation Request

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you must submit a cancellation request through your training manager. All course cancellations must be completed in CHRTAS and no other method is acceptable. All cancellations must be completed three (3) working days prior to the start of the course or you will be a "No Show". Failure to cancel is reported to your Chain of Command and will result in delay when resubmitting any future application. Open your browser of choice and navigate to CHRTAS: https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/chrtas/

Using the dropdown in the middle of the page, select your category (e.g. "Army Civilian").

Choose a sign in type. If you would like to login using your Common Access Card, choose CAC. If you'd rather login using your Social Security Number and date of birth, choose the SSN/EIN and DOB option. After selecting a sign in type, click the go button.

After logging in, click the continue button to verify the category that was selected in step 2.

Using the menu on the left side of the page, choose student, then about review/credit/cancel applications.

Follow the steps on the CHRTAS Application System to cancel your application.
