Army Training Help Desk

July 6, 2015: Due to recent technical difficulties, we are experiencing a backlog of help desk tickets submitted via the Army Training Help Desk (ATHD). We are working to respond to the tickets in the order they were received. We apologize for the inconvenience.


New Website Address

The website address (URL) for the AMSC website has changed to http://usacac.army.mil/organizations/cace/amsc/. Please update any bookmarks or references that you have for this page.


February 2015: Army Learning Management System (ALMS) Email Notifications

During a recent test of the ALMS system, ALMS users were sent an email notification informing them that they had been "Enrolled in [specified course identified here] which is managed by the ALMS". These messages require no immediate action and can be disregarded. If there are future actions you will need to perform there will be additional information sent out with specific steps for you to take.

If you have any questions about these messages please contact the Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) at athd@mailds01.csd.disa.mil or call 1-877-251-0730 option 5. ATHD will forward your request for help to the AMSC Help Desk. Following this procedure allows AMSC to provide individualized customer service to everyone, offer accurate information to all our course participants, as well as track data regarding this issue to prevent similar challenges from occurring in the future.


December 10, 2014: Students of the Foundation Course (FC) & Supervisor Development Course (SDC)

The Army Learning Management System (ALMS) recently upgraded to ALMS 4 and learners are experiencing problems accessing course content. The Army Training Support Center is aware of the problems and are working diligently to resolve the issues. No definite timeframe for resolving the issues with ALMS 4 upgrade, but AMSC will notify learners when the issues are resolved.

During the ALMS system update, some students of CES Courses were inadvertently graduated upon successful registration. This problem is being fixed and those students effected by this will receive an email with instructions on how to make this right.

If you are experiencing any difficulties with CES courses, whether through CHRTAS or the ALMS, please contact the Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) at athd@mailds01.csd.disa.mil or call 1-877-251-0730 option 5. ATHD will forward your request for help to the AMSC Help Desk.
