Brigadier General Scott L. Efflandt became the second Provost of the Army University in an assumption of responsibility ceremony at the Lewis and Clark Center Sept. 7, 2017. The outdoor ceremony was hosted by Mr. Kirby R. Brown, deputy to the commanding general, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center. Fort Leavenworth installed Efflandt as the Provost and as deputy commandant of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC). Previous provost, Maj. Gen. John S.
