Major General Michael Kurilla, commanding general of the 82nd Airborne Division, Maj. Gen. Brian Alvin, commanding general of the 63rd Regional Support Command, and Maj. Gen. James Mingus, director of the Mission Command Center of Excellence, participate in the latest pilot command course, Army Strategic Education Program - Command (ASEP-C). The new course is given quarterly to Army officers who are heading toward division command (and equivalents) and is designed to instruct them on advanced warfighting concepts that align more with challenges of the future.
