A retirement ceremony was held yesterday for Chief Warrant Officer 5 Robert K. Lamphear, command chief warrant officer for the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center. The guest speaker was Chief Warrant Officer 5 David Williams, Army Staff senior chief warrant officer. Everyone here at CAC wishes Lamphear and his family well as he begins this new chapter in his life.
