Bradford, assistant chief of staff for U.S Army Reserve Affairs, was the guest speaker at today's Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Academy graduation at Fort Leavenworth. Janet Dillingham was presented with the Academic Excellence Award. Additionally, Sgt. First Class Ashley Davis (not shown) was presented the Spirit Award a day earlier.
