UNITED STATES DISCIPLINARY BARRACKS (USDB)
The Commandant, USDB is authorized to act on matters within the USDB functional area of responsibility relating to the administration and confinement of individual military prisoners at the USDB. This includes, but is not limited to, all records pertaining to the treatment of military prisoners; investigation of prisoner misconduct; management, operation, and administration of the USDB; and related programs which fall directly within the scope of the Commandant’s functional area of command and control.
How to Submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request:
FOIA requests to the USDB may be submitted in writing, by fax, or email. Please clearly mark the mailing envelope, fax, or email, “Freedom of Information Act Request.” You may contact the USDB FOIA program at the following address and telephone numbers:
