QR/CoC Conference Registration

Privacy Advisory: Only information submitted by individuals employed by the United States government, contractor personnel in support of the United States government, or individuals invited by the Director, CTCD, having an official requirement to participate in the operation, administration, or support of the CTC Program to include attending a CTC CoC or CTC QR will be retained. Information retained will be kept on a quarterly basis and will be discarded following the closure of an QR/CoC Conference. ALL OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE DISCARDED.
