Incoming Students


Orders Notes:

Member directed: Upon receipt of orders, contact gaining command at commercial 913.684.2256/2843, DSN 552, and at the following email (See Orders). Service member must complete the biographical information sheet posted at the above website and submit it along with a professional bio to the POC, or via FAX 913.684.2771, within five days of receipt of orders.


Be advised, classes convene the day following the “Report NLT Date.” Service member should expect to be engaged daily from 0800-1700 upon arrival.  It is recommended that officers arrive in local area on PCS leave early enough to settle dependents, conduct HHG move in, and complete personal affairs in advance of reporting, as you will enjoy an extremely busy and productive reporting schedule. 


NOTE:  Due to school house loading, service member shall not report prior to prescribed report NET date, but should sustain contact with POC before reporting.



Member directed:  Report in NWU (Type I only) with “Navy 9 inch approved boots,” i.e. Those purchased at NEX Uniform shop or NEX 1.800.368.4088 support line; NOTE: 8” aviation boots are NOT authorized.  A “full seabag” is required to support a range of routing, full dress, and ceremonial events (i.e. service dress, mess dresss, medals, ribbons, khaki, NWU, etc.).  Please be aware that immediately upon arrival service member will be evaluated to ensure compliance with U.S. Navy body fat standards - Must meet requirements prior to acceptance into the program.
