Guest Speaker spacer This presentation featured BG Peter Palmer, renowned for his breadth and depth of knowledge pertaining to the Human Dimension (HD) Capabilities Development Activities. HD activities will involve cultural acceptance and NEW ways of assessing, managing, caring for, and restoring our Soldiers.

The Human Dimension project is on the rise and will ultimately receive Army wide integration. The human dimension encompasses the moral, physical, and cognitive components of Soldier, leader, and organizational development and performance essential to raise, prepare, and employ the Army in full spectrum operations. HD Capabilities Development Activities will involve cultural acceptance of NEW ways of assessing, managing, caring for, and restoring our Soldiers.

This invaluable presentation should be of utmost interest to those who will find themselves immersed in the conditions of the future global and domestic operational environment. BG Palmer will explain how we can continue to adapt to the current fight and prepare for the future operational environments.

"As with all concepts, the Human Dimension Concept is in continuous evolution.  I expect it to spur thought, motivate investigation and illuminate, through a structured approach, a strategy for the coordinated and holistic development of future capabilities."  GEN William S. Wallace, Commander, Training and Doctrine Command, in TRADOC Information Pamphlet "Human Dimension in the Future 2015-2024"
