LTG (R) Russel Honoré spoke to ILE students about lessons learned from Hurricane Katrina and how to create a culture of preparedness in America.
LTG (R) Honoré served as the Commanding General, Standing Joint Force Headquarters-Homeland Security, U.S. Northern Command after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Prevention, preparedness and response were the key points of his address.
